Pisces: The Meaning Behind the Constellation

To celebrate the beginning of Pisces season, we’re going to explore all there is to know about the star sign’s constellation. Pisces is a large but faint constellation that makes up the image of two fish tied at the fins.

The myth
According to Greek mythology, the Pisces constellation represents Aphrodite and her son Eros, the goddess and god of love turning themselves into fish while escaping a great war between the Titans and the gods of Mount Olympus. They tied their tails so they could slip into the river Euphrates together and not lose each other in the water.

This constellation is an enduring symbol of familial love, duality and interconnectedness.

Facts about Pisces
